RE: Further update on the situation with Coronavirus
Further to our recent communication, thank you to everyone who has contacted us to confirm their current position and the kind offers and confirmation that they are supporting neighbors at this very difficult time. We would like to provide further clarification on matters relating to the management of the block/estate where you live.
We have been closely monitoring the guidance provided by ARMA and PHE and can confirm the following:
- The cleaning of communal areas remains a priority. This will continue to be carried out and under the guidelines set out by the PHE.
- Any major works which are essential to the building will be carried out where appropriate. Any necessary works may be impacted on the ability to access building materials as many building supply stores may be closed. Further clarification on the closure of such stores is currently being sought by the government so please be mindful of this if things are taking longer than would normally be expected.
- Fire safety also remains a priority especially at a time when buildings are being occupied to a high degree throughout the day. Statutory fire safety testing will remain in place.
- Gardening will continue at developments which have this service. Due to social distancing measures the gardeners will be working alone so please be mindful of this as gardening will be prioritised and completed over a longer time period.
Again, we ask that anyone who is isolating due to having symptoms of the virus to contact us and make us aware. This is important as we may need to communicate to the block that extra precautions should be taken in terms of deep cleaning. No further details will be communicated, or persons identified to others.

Due to ongoing events with the outbreak of Coronavirus we would like to take this opportunity to keep you updated on any changes we feel it necessary to make whilst considering the Health and Safety of all staff and customers.
At this present time the office remains open for staff. If you have any queries, please do not visit the building but use the usual telephone number and email address to contact us.
In terms of services provided, we will instruct contractors to visit sites in the case of emergencies and what we deem as priority works.
At this time, cleaning and regular maintenance to buildings we look after will continue.
