Back in 2017, Potts Gray formed a relationship with a local developer when asked to provide a management service to the then recently developed Langham Gate, the former Sunderland High School. Following the success of Langham Gate and working well with the developers and Directors of the management company, Potts Gray have been asked to take on a further site of theirs which will be completed and ready to occupy later this year.
Working with developers from day one provides a sound base to ensure management and services are completed and work seamlessly for the property owners in their new home.
