After a very busy month at Potts Gray, we are proud to finalise the takeover of a number of sites from a retiring developer.
Potts Gray were approached by the company who had been managing sites as a freeholder for many years. Potts Gray have worked with all parties to successfully transfer the ongoing management of the sites without any disruption to management.
Well done to all involved and thank you to our predecessor for the opportunity.
